Jessie Stringer, MS, Dip. RTh, Dip. Hyp

I am an alternative practitioner in the Charlotte, NC area with specialties in regression therapy (including past life and between lives regression), hypnotherapy, reiki and energy clearing, Akashic Records readings, and spiritual healing and coaching. Born and raised in Alabama, the South was my home for nearly 28 years. An international move to Zürich, Switzerland in 2012 put me on the path to holistic healing. Two years and a two diplomas later, I began practicing in the Queen City. Within the first two years of opening my practice, I received two awards for Charlotte's Best Business in Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy! I am one of few qualified regression therapists in the United States who meet the rigorous professional standards of the Earth Association for Regression Therapy (EARTh) and currently the only one in the Southeastern USA.

I received a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Memphis in Tennessee, USA (2009); a Diploma in Hypnosis and Diploma in Regression Therapy from the Past Life Regression Academy in the UK (2013, 2014) which included past life therapy training; a Certification in Reiki Level I in Switzerland (2014); and a Practitioner Certification in Reading the Akashic Records (2016).  In 2017, received a certification in Between Lives Spiritual Regression through the PLRA. Furthermore, I am a member of the research team for the Spiritual Regression Therapy Association (SRTA).

My true passion lies in helping people make positive changes in their lives, showing them how to heal from within and love themselves. The work I do is about turning stumbling blocks into stepping stones and about showing people that complete transformation is possible with a little relaxation and self-motivation.

It is a joy and honor to be a part of my clients'  process of change and healing...
It continues to amaze me how an open mind and deep relaxation can create such profound outcomes.

Why Alternative Healing?

I made the switch from mainstream psychotherapy to hypnotherapy and regression therapy in 2012 when I relocated to Switzerland. After several months of living abroad, I was drawn to learning more about holistic healing methods and, in doing so, found that a career in hypnotherapy and regression therapy was a better fit for my personality and  spiritual beliefs. I learned about reiki healing shortly thereafter and pursued training in all three as complementary techniques for healing.

Although I am grateful for my former training in clinical psychology, I believe that mainstream "talk" therapy can be limiting for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. Traditional psychotherapy and counseling engage the conscious, rational mind for discovering answers to problems, but so often our problematic patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting are unconsciously motivated! To access that which is deeply hidden in the subconscious mind, one must use alternative methods like regression, hypnosis, or other techniques that target issues at an energetic and spiritual level.

Hypnotherapy, regression therapy, and reiki healing are safe, holistic, and natural ways to help individuals heal and live more fully. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering an alternative method of treatment or to those who are dissatisfied with conventional psychotherapy. The benefits holistic healing are infinite when you are motivated and ready to change!

My Commitment to You

I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. And for many, the most difficult part is picking up the phone to schedule the appointment. They may be afraid of the process, afraid of how their life will change, even afraid that others will find out that they are struggling. This is perfectly normal! However, there is nothing wrong with seeking a helping hand when you need it-- just remember that we all have battles to fight, whether they are relationship problems, addictions, self-esteem, or health concerns. In my practice, I do not consider my clients as "in therapy," but rather I consider them as people who are seeking change, and I am there to facilitate this process.

Please be assured that I uphold a no-judgment policy in my practice. All reasons for seeking therapy are considered valid and worth discussing. I cannot promise that I will be able to help you, but I will be more than happy to have a confidential consultation session with you to listen to your needs and goals. It is a safe, private, and loving environment for anyone earnestly seeking help. You can read more about the confidentiality agreement here.
